Common questions

What does "12 slots" mean? The maximum number of players who can be connected at once. Some limits come from the game itself — Valheim caps at 10, Enshrouded and Core Keeper have their own ceilings.

Can I upgrade later? Yes, subject to free capacity on the node. If the larger plan is sold out you can join its waitlist.

How do I cancel? From your account, any time. Billing stops at the end of the period you've already paid for; there's no notice period and nothing to phone up about.

Do you keep backups? We take them for operational reasons, but we don't guarantee they exist or can be restored. Keep your own copies of anything you'd be upset to lose — you can pull files any time over SFTP.

Why don't per-player IP bans work? Traffic reaches your server through our edge, so it sees one upstream address for everyone. Ban by username instead.

Do you host Rust, ARK, or Counter-Strike? No. Their installs are 40–60 GB each, which would consume most of a node for a handful of servers. We'd rather not offer something than offer it badly.

Is there a refund if it goes down? No — we don't sell an uptime guarantee, so we can't credit against one. If that's a dealbreaker, a datacenter host is the right choice and we'd genuinely rather tell you now.
